If the guest is running behind 10 minutes or longer; it is up to the stylists discretion to accept the service that day or to reschedule. This is to avoid running into other guest appointment time.

Noshowpolicy

After first no show, guest is given a warning. After second no show, guest must pay 50% of previous service before booking new appointment.

CANCELLATIONPOLICY

PLEASE allow no less than 24 hours to cancel your appointment. In consideration to your stylist.

KIDPOLICY

As much as I love children! Please only bring your child into the salon if they are receiving a service. This is so all clients can have a relaxing and enjoyable service.
